We are seeking new committee members to join us in planning the 5th annual (virtual) EJS to be held Friday, May 21, 2021. EJS is an annual event that begins with a keynote on gender inequity in STEM fields and then provides practical, hands-on workshops to assist graduate students and postdocs for all stages of the job search. We integrate career advice with data-driven discussions of gender bias in STEM to expand the conversation of gender bias to a larger population.
