Leadership Talk with Janet Gipson, Head of Talent Acquisition at Yale University

Janet leads Talent Acquisition at Yale, where she oversees the strategy, operations, and systems that drive staff hiring across the institution. Her career path is distinctive and inspiring, spanning mathematics, engineering, and business, and extending into leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development, including her tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DISH Network. Janet will share insights from her career journey, lessons learned along the way, and her experiences as the wife of a retired Air Force major. Janet also brings her perspective as a community leader, board member, and frequent speaker on inclusive hiring, the future of work, and AI in recruitment.
