Join us for an engaging conversation with Ruchika T. Malhotra, best-selling author of Inclusion on Purpose: An Intersectional Approach to Creating a Culture of Belonging at Work (MIT Press), which Dr. Brené Brown described as “transformative.” Ruchika, who is currently working on her next book, Uncompete (Viking Books), will share her insights on fostering inclusion and belonging in the workplace.

Ruchika is also the founder of Candour, an inclusion strategy practice. A former international business journalist, she contributes regularly to The New York Times and Harvard Business Review and is a recognized media commentator on workplace culture. Originally from Singapore, Ruchika now calls Seattle home.
