CBBSA’s workshop provides an overview of financial aid and college affordability, including the cost of attendance, the different types of financial aid and timeline. Attendees will learn about the many different avenues for acquiring the funds necessary to attend college including scholarships (both merit-based and needs-based), grants, student loans and parent loans (both governmental and private), and the Federal Work Study Program.
