Details

Join staff members from YC3 for an introduction to mental health for volunteers! In this interactive workshop, students will learn self-care strategies for service work and discuss how to promote wellness in the people they serve. If you're a volunteer who wants to: 

1) become more informed about mental illness, including among people who have experienced trauma and marginalization, 
and 
2) develop tools to support community members, fellow volunteers, and yourself 

This session is for you! This is the second Volunteering 101 event in Dwight Hall's five-part Spring 2024 series. Lunch from Havenly will be provided.
