Last November, the YLS European Law Association had the honour to welcome former Polish Constitutional Court Judge Mirosław Wyrzykowski, Professor L. Pech, Professor of European Law at the University of Middlesex in London, Judge Lech Garlicki, former judge on both the Polish Constitutional Court and European Court of Human Rights, as well as Arthur Liman Professor of Law at Yale, Professor Judith Resnik to debate about the growing threats to an independent judiciary in Europe.
