Females for Finance is a Yale non-profit founded by Yale students that aims to bridge the
gender inequalities in the financial industry by providing high school girls with a foundation in
financial literacy, investment, and the necessary skills to build a career in finance and transform
the industry from within. Members serve as lecture leaders by working with small groups of high
school girls to walk through our online programming which involves Education, Mentorship,
and Networking Opportunities. In conjunction with our high school programs, we are in the
process of expanding with college chapters at top universities worldwide.
