About Us
HEAL is committed to creating a space for dialogue and action on critical issues such as the public health impacts of genocide, occupation, the military-industrial complex, American privilege, and conditions in the Global South. Our goal is to hold open space for conversation, facilitate the sharing of diverse experiences, and discuss our responsibilities as practitioners within the context of war, conflict, and public health. By exploring the central tenets of resistance and liberation, we hope to foster an environment of curiosity and learning around complex and oftentimes overlooked issues.
