What does it mean to be the first Chief Public Realm Officer in New York City? NYC’s inaugural Chief Public Realm Officer Ya-Ting Liu will talk about New York City's vision and priorities to expand, activate, and maintain public spaces throughout the city. Join us to hear about her role and learn more about how New York City's public spaces are doing "double-duty" - as the city's street trees, rain gardens, green roofs, streets, and playgrounds beautify communities while protecting neighborhoods from urban heat and extreme rain.
