Join Dr. Oby Ezekwesili (Jackson Senior Fellows) and James Mwangi (Jackson World Fellow), to discuss their paths to Yale and ask career advice questions.

Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, an economic policy expert, is Senior Economic Adviser of the Africa Economic Development Policy Initiative and one of the co-founders and pioneer directors of Transparency International-TI, the Berlin-based global anti-corruption organization. Ezekwesili is currently also the Founder-CEO of Human Capital África working in the education sector across Africa. Dr. Ezekwesili has been recognized as one of Time 100's Most Influential People and by New York Times as one of the 25 Women of Impact, 2015. The PRIO- Peace Research Institute Oslo listed her as one of the potential candidates for the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize. She was decorated with the national award of Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (CFR) by her country.

James Mwangi is the Executive Director of the Dalberg Group, a global collection of impact-driven businesses that work to build a more inclusive and sustainable world where all people, everywhere, can reach their fullest potential. James joined Dalberg as a founding member in 2002, started Dalberg's first Africa office (Johannesburg) in 2007, and subsequently served as Global Managing Partner of Dalberg's consulting business, guiding the formalization of its structure and governance as a global firm. He currently serves on the boards of the Skoll Foundation, One Acre Fund, and the Global Centre for Pluralism among others.
