Book talk: Welcome the Wretched

Please join Professor Lopez, LaSo (formerly LLSA), IJP, and our co-sponsors to welcome Professor César Cuauhtémoc García Hernández from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law to YLS. Professor García Hernández just published a new book, Welcome the Wretched, which focuses on the hyper-criminalization of immigration law using history, legal analysis, and philosophy to explore alternative approaches to citizenship. We will be providing copies of the book at the event.
