OISS is pleased to host an immigration information session for current matriculating students at Yale and postdoctoral/postgraduate trainees with Attorney Suzanne Seltzer. Yale has worked with Attorney Seltzer for over a decade on immigration cases involving international student visas, employment-based visas and green cards.

Attorney Seltzer has been an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and NAFSA, Association of International Educators, and she is the five-time recipient of AILA's Presidential Commendation in recognition of her service to the association.

Attorney Seltzer will present visa options after graduation including H-1B, O-1 and Trade Agreement visas. She will also give an overview of pathways to green card sponsorship. Yale students planning to graduate May 2024 should start applying for F-1 Optional Practical Training (or J-1 Academic Training.) If you have not yet started this process you should do so immediately - please read the information here.

You can join this event in-person (limited spaces available), or watch the live-stream over Zoom. Please choose how you will participate in the ticket options.

You may also submit questions related to visas after graduation when you register. Questions about F-1 OPT and J-1 Academic Training are better directed to your OISS adviser.

This presentation will be recorded will be shared with those who attended the session.
