OISS is pleased to host an immigration information session for current matriculating students at Yale with Attorney Suzanne Seltzer. Yale has worked with Attorney Seltzer for over a decade on immigration cases involving international student visas, employment based visas and green cards.

Attorney Seltzer has been an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and NAFSA, Association of International Educators. She is the five time recipient of AILA’s Presidential Commendation in recognition of her service to the association.

Attorney Seltzer will present visa options after graduation including H-1B, O-1 and Trade Agreement visas. She will also give an overview of pathways to green card sponsorship. Yale students planning to graduate May 2021 should start applying for F-1 Optional Practical Training (or J-1 Academic Training.) If you have not yet started this process you should do so immediately - please read the information here.

Registration for this event is required, and you may also submit questions related to visas after graduation. Questions about F-1 OPT and J-1 Academic Training are better directed to your OISS adviser.

This presentation will be recorded and posted on the OISS Immigration page after the event.

This is a free Zoom event, but registration is required. To contact your adviser at OISS please look up the contact information.
