Do you have questions about J-1 two year home residence requirement (212e)? Are you subject to 212e? If yes, what does it mean to you? To explore these issues more and learn how to fulfil the 212e requirement, join us for an immigration information session with Attorney Suzanne Seltzer. If you are currently in J-1 status in the Student and Scholar (all but Alian Physician) categories, or the J-1 visa may be a visa option for you in the near future, this session is for you! After this session, you will have the information you need to plan ahead and navigate your immigration to continue your academic endeavors in the U.S.
Note: The session will NOT cover the Conrad 30 waiver for J-1 ECFMG Alian Physicians.

Attorney Seltzer is the founding attorney of The Seltzer Firm in New York City and has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and NAFSA, Association of International Educators. Suzanne also served on the Annual Conference committee for close to ten years. Suzanne is also a five time recipient of AILA’s Presidential Commendation in recognition of her service to the association.
