Join Sherman Baldwin, the CEO of LCR Capital Partners and an HBS Alum, as well as Christian Triantaphyllis, an industry leading U.S. based Immigration Attorney, for an educational session on how the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program leads to permanent residency and can dramatically expand your U.S. based employment opportunities.

There is new U.S. legislation as of 2022 which enables students on F-1 visas in the U.S. to make an investment in an EB-5 project along with a concurrent filing for an Adjustment of Status to gain U.S. employment eligibility within months. Adjustment of Status provides the visa category to work in the U.S., while waiting for a new EB-5 visa designation and the flexibility to work anywhere, which is not the case with H-1B or F-1.

Sherman Baldwin is the CEO of LCR Capital Partners, a private investment and advisory services firm and an affiliate of LCR Wealth. Sherman earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Yale and his M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, he served 8 years in US Navy as a carrier pilot and strategic planner for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. After HBS he joined McKinsey & Company and then entered the private equity industry with J.F. Lehman & Company. Most recently Sherman was a Managing Director at Accenture serving as a Global Client Executive.

Christian Triantaphyllis is a partner in the law firm Jackson Walker and a practicing immigration attorney, helping clients to navigate the complex US immigration system. He performed his undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University and earned his law degree from New York Law School before starting his career at Fragomen, Del Ray, Bernsen and Loewy.  Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Christian was EB-5 Section Lead at Foster, LLP.
