This vinyasa yoga class offers a grounding and energizing practice, focused on fluidity and connection to the breath. All levels and abilities are welcome! There will be modifications to support those new to yoga and options to increase intensity for those who'd like an extra challenge.
Instructor Bio: Hailing from Southern California, Lulu (YLS '23) has been practicing yoga since 2012 and is a 200-hour certified instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2020 at Yale's Good Life Center and Breathing Room Yoga Center. She hopes to help students find inner nourishment and strength through yoga.
This event is BYOM (bring your own mat), or you can simply practice on the grass and embrace being outside. Please also apply insect repellant beforehand, if desired, and bring water as needed. The sessions are free but registration is required.
NOTE: In case of rain, the events will be held at the OISS, but you will be notified of that change on the day of the program.
