Join us for an engaging and interactive event focusing on advocacy, intervention, and creating inclusive environments within our community. Our expert panelists will provide valuable insights into resources and strategies for equity, accessibility and belonging at Yale, including building community, responding to harms, bystander intervention, and addressing microaggressions.

Panelists:
- Diane Cornelius Charles, JD
Director, Office of Institutional Equity and Accessibility (OIEA)

- Erin Farley
Manager, Title IX Prevention, Education, and Outreach, Title IX Office

- Aley Menon, JD
Director of Restorative Practices

We will also have some hands-on activities, allowing you to practice real-life scenarios involving microaggressions and bystander intervention. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning more about resources and strategies to build community and respond to challenging situations.

Snacks will be provided!

This event is organized by the DEIB Fellow at OISS, Kimia Sinaeian.

We look forward to seeing you!
