Please join us for this session led by Carli Gaughf, Associate Director, Education and Training and Karina Gonzalez, Associate Dean of Collaborative Excellence during which you will be invited to:
  • articulate your values as a current/future leader
  • recognize alignment and dissonance with the values of your context
  • consider what intentional, inclusive leadership can look like and
  • identify strategies to advocate for others and for yourself.

Our session will include interaction, reflection and case studies. Please note: light refreshments will be served.
This session counts to fulfill item 3 of the postdoc leadership & mentorship certificate.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are already registered for the Practicing Leadership program, you DO NOT need to register here, too!
