Modern self-defense classes Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM April 16th - May 21st Join Chris Adamchek from Ōkami Karate Dojo for a 6-week hands-on course on how to avoid, prevent and escape attack. Join for every week or just the classes of interest to you ( individual sign-up required ) April 16th: Anti-freeze basic self-defense skills to help you react under pressure April 23rd: Predator ID understanding how predators profile targets to avoid becoming one April 16th: Self-defence tools an overview of multiple tools for self-defense April 23rd: Robbery survival techniques for surviving robbery scenarios April 20th: Bystander intervention how to intervene, de-escalate and help those being attacked May 07th: First aid and victim assistance how to safely provide physical and mental assistance to victims post-attack. Join Chris Adamchek from Ōkami Karate Dojo for a 6-week hands-on course on how to avoid, prevent and escape attack. Each week will cover a different topic, and though they build on each other, you do not need to attend all sessions. No commitment or prior experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and ensure you have reviewed and signed the waiver (paper copies avaliable on request).
