Unhappy Hour for Yale Postdocs

This informal event organized by the YPA Belonging and Advocacy Committee provides postdocs with a supportive space to share their challenges and frustrations in a relaxed setting. It offers an opportunity to vent about the pressures of academic life, such as long hours, funding struggles, and career uncertainty, while connecting with peers who face similar issues. The goal is to foster camaraderie, provide mutual support, and perhaps find some humor and relief in the shared experience of postdoc life.
