Mission
The Women's Network at Yale is an intercollegiate organization focused on connecting and empowering women in the professional workplace, and creating a social community of ambitious, hard-working women. We host career-focused events for women in all areas of study to be directly introduced to successful women in their fields and to hear from them in an open and candid discussion setting. We also host professional training bootcamps, career symposiums, networking events, Q&A panels, social events, and more. As an organization that hosts many large-scale events, we are able to differentiate ourselves by providing our members the opportunity to network across a much more extensive list and in many diverse areas. Our TWN Yale members become part of the greater TWN National organization, where we have over 30,000 members across the country and 142 chapters across college campuses. Ultimately, joining TWN will enable members to meet and connect with high-achieving individuals on both the Yale campus and around the nation, authentically network with powerful industry leaders, gain insight into traditional and unconventional careers, build confidence, gain leadership experience, and access exclusive internship and job opportunities.
