In College life, drinking is often tied up into partying. This obscures the rich history and creative experience behind some of the drinks we frequently enjoy. Bulldog Brewing would aim to make students reflect on their construction of alcohol, providing students with a space to invest their time, labor, and creativity. Throughout the semester, we would be coming together to create the initial batches of beer, bottle the beer after fermentation, and taste the beers after carbonation, taking attentive notes about the beer's notes, taste, color and more. Students will feel invested in the beer and see how alcoholic drinks are not merely just valued for their alcohol.
