Mission Latina Women at Yale (LWAY) was founded in 2016 with the mission of fostering a strong and inclusive community for Latina women across all intersectionalities on campus. Today, with over 120 active members, we aim to create opportunities for members to connect, share their experiences, and celebrate the richness of their diverse backgrounds and identities. Through taco nights, mixers, fundraisers, study breaks, and a range of other social, cultural, and professional events, we strive to empower Latina women and cultivate meaningful relationships at Yale and beyond.
