Small Group Break Out: IdentiTree Exercise

The IdentiTree Exercise serves as a community-building introduction to some of the conversations that we're going to be having over the course of BTFO. It's an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to our small groups by thinking about, discussing, and sharing aspects of our social identities, using the metaphor of a tree.
