Building a Community that Flourishes: Power and Privilege

This session will be led by Lynn Sullivan-Harmon, Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI). YDS is a diverse community that brings together people from all different backgrounds with varying levels of power and privilege. Understanding, acknowledging, and respecting these differences helps us cultivate radical collaboration with those around us. After the presentation portion of this session, we will conclude with discussion in our small groups.
