Welcome to the 2025 GCRE Submission form! We look forward to reading your submissions. Please review the three categories for submission; each one has unique requirements to help us visualize and understand your paper and/or creative work(s).

20-minute Presentations
- For Papers: Abstract (150-300 words)
- For Artistic Works: Description (150-300 words) and sample of work
- For Both: Presenter biography for the conference program (50-100 words, third person)
1-hour Workshops/Performances
- Extended description (~1 page): A brief outline of the workshop or performance components, including relevance to conference theme
- Space and material needs
- Abstract & Presenter biography for the conference program (50-100 words each, third person)
Gallery Submissions
- Written submissions may be up to 3 pages
- Video or recording submissions up to 5 minutes, but we are open to accepting exemplary longer works
- For visual and material arts submissions, provide photos and written description (150-300 words)
- Submissions should be .PDF, .PNG, .JPG, .DOC, .DOCX, .MP4, .MOV, or .MP3 files.
- Abstract & Presenter biography for the conference program (50-100 words each, third person)
