Come join our educational and interactive self-defense seminar! We will cover an introduction to our Anti-freeze course which utilizes basic techniques to hone the ability to react under pressure. We will also take a brief look at strategies for dealing with Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and a few discussion tips on personal awareness and predatory exploitation signs.
