FLY’s Mission: Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) provides a voice, resources, and support for Yale staff members in the early stages of their career who seek to develop and strengthen their impact at Yale. Through networking, professional development, personal development, mentorship, encouraging career advancement, and community outreach and civic engagement, we are committed to supporting the recruitment, retention, and advancement of qualified professionals within Yale. By doing so, FLY will contribute to the longevity, strength, and value of the University as well as the greater New Haven community.
