Due to public health & safety regulations, the physical GLC space will be closed for group reservations, events, and workshops during the fall semester. However, we will have lots of virtual wellness programming to keep you occupied! We offer a wide variety of programming that broadly focuses on physical and mental health education. In the fall, for example, we will host a "sleep well" series, meditation groups, workshops about how to use your study space for fitness, mental health empowerment workshops, speakers who will talk about things like the intersection between racial trauma & well-being, and more! Keep an eye out for the GLC newsletter to register. Beyond workshops and events, you can also schedule a 30 minute one-on-one wellness check-in by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please don’t be afraid to reach out! The GLC is here to support you during this challenging and unusual time.
