Join Dr. Muhammed-Oyebode and Dr. Opara, an Associate Professor in the Department of Social & Behavioral Sciences at the School of Public Health, in a conversation about the Kidnapping of the Chibok Girls and what strides have been made in the past 10 years.

Aisha Muhammed-Oyebode is a business leader, social sector expert, and human rights activist with over 20 years of development expertise, specializing in gender, youth, and inclusion. She is the CEO of the Murtala Muhammed Foundation, an independent NGO advocating for democratic and social reform on the African continent. Through her Foundation, she works with women and girls in situations of fragility, especially in the insurgency and terrorism-affected Northeast region of Nigeria.
