Yale’s WorkLife programs are an integral part of the university’s efforts to help faculty, staff and students balance the multiple responsibilities associated with work, academic, and personal life. Grad students often use the Childcare directory and information, parenting workshops. and the online Yale Babysitting Service, where Yale-affiliated parents can look for an occasional student caregiver, or students can advertise themselves for jobs as part-time caregivers and sitters.
