As a member of the Yale GSAA Board, she enjoys mentoring students on career exploration, translating academic training into business skills, and navigating careers in corporate and financial services

Shayna Liberman is Director of Sportswear Strategy at Nike. Since 2021 she has worked with Nike's senior leaders to build integrated strategies in the Sportswear, Women's and Technology businesses. Prior to Nike, Shayna held marketing leadership roles at mission-driven startups, and worked as an independent consultant in strategy and design for nonprofits and small businesses. Shayna's research focused on the biochemical regulation of hormones, animal behavior, and evolutionary biology.
