Stacey Davis is a professor of French history at The Evergreen State College, an alternative public liberal arts university known for its interdisciplinary, team-taught, student-centered pedagogy. Stacey focuses on politicized narratives of collective memory, 19th-century experiences of aging, and early colonial Algeria. In 2022 she was an Invited Professor at the Université de Poitiers. She can advise students on work/life balance, and on melding teaching, research and administrative careers.

Carlos Riobó is the Chair of the Department of Classical and Modern Languages at the City College of New York/CUNY. Prior to this, he was the Executive Officer of the Ph.D. program in Latin American, Iberian, and Latino Cultures at the CUNY Graduate Center. He is a Professor of Latin American literature and Comparative Literature. Professor Riobó is the 2026 recipient of the Mentoring & Teaching Award at the CUNY Graduate Center. He is also a member of Council at the Yale Club of New York City.
