Friday’s interactive sessions are designed to engage participants in hands-on learning, dialogue, and exploration across key dimensions of tropical forest leadership. Through simulations, facilitated discussions, and guided tours, these sessions invite participants to grapple with real-world challenges in restoration, policy, and conservation knowledge systems.

Participants will take part in a landscape restoration negotiation simulation to explore how competing stakeholder interests shape restoration outcomes. A dedicated policy dialogue session will provide space to examine how forest and environmental policies are developed, implemented, and translated into action. There is also a guided tour of the Peabody Museum collections, which is meant to offer insight into the role of natural history collections in conservation science and decision-making.

These events occur concurrently and are STRICTLY IN-PERSON. Please only register for one event at a time.
