Yale's Affinity Group - New Hire Welcome Event

Join the Yale Office of Diversity & Inclusion and the Yale School of Nursing for the Annual New Employee Orientation, a special event designed to welcome and integrate new hires into the Yale community. This event offers new employees the opportunity to meet with key leaders, learn about the university’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and discover how Yale’s Nine Affinity Groups support community-building and professional development.

Attendees will hear from representatives of Yale’s Affinity Groups and vendors and gain insights into the resources and networks available to help them thrive in their new roles. This is a fantastic occasion to connect with peers, engage in meaningful dialogue, and explore how Yale fosters an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
