The Office of International Students and Scholars is organizing this town hall webinar ahead of winter break to help you plan for travel in light of recent updates and changes in the U.S. immigration landscape, and so that you are informed about your rights as international students and scholars. Joining the panel are Attorney Dan Berger (Partner at Green & Spiegel) and Kerry Doyle (former Principal Legal Advisor of ICE, former Deputy General Counsel for DHS).

This session will cover immigration topics concerning our community, such as your rights as an international student or scholar at Yale, appropriate response to requests from law enforcement, and advice on domestic and international travel.

In this webinar, we will NOT have a live Q&A. Instead, we highly encourage you to pre-submit your questions during the registration process. All submitted questions will be consolidated, and we will strive to address the most common concerns during the session.
