First Year Experience Panel for International G&P Students

Are you a new international graduate or professional student at Yale? If you're wondering where to begin on this new journey, then you've come to the right place!

During this panel, OISS' Orientation Ambassadors (current graduate and professional students) will share the experiences they had as first-time graduate students at Yale. Topics of discussion will include the academic culture at Yale, adapting to life in the U.S., overcoming language/writing issues, and carving out a social life for yourself while enrolled in a full-time academic program. Students will share their tricks and tips, resources, and stories of challenges & successes while at Yale.

Light refreshment will be available on a first-come, first served basis.
