Join us for a live online session exploring how AI is shaping teaching and learning at Yale. We will share the latest AI tools and updates, demonstrate practical features, and discuss emerging classroom policy considerations.

We are especially pleased to welcome Alex Moore ’26, a senior majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science and the author of Inside Yale’s Quiet Reckoning with AI in The New Journal. Drawing on interviews with Yale students, faculty, and administrators, Alex will share insights into how students are actually using AI and how they are thinking and feeling about its role in their education. His research surfaces the social dynamics, tensions, and tradeoffs that are quietly shaping learning across disciplines. A link to his full article is posted at the bottom of this event description.

The session will include time for community questions and conversation. Faculty, staff, and students are all welcome. We look forward to seeing you all on March 5th!

Agenda:
25 minutes – Documenting Yale’s Reckoning with AI with Alex Moore
15 Minutes - Brief AI Tools Updates
