Destiny Rose Murphy
Hi there! I'm a 3L transferred from Georgetown Law, and I'm one of your 2021-2022 co-presidents and co-founders. I came to YLS because I want to be a legal academic, and now that I'm here I focus on all sorts of things related to punishment. When I'm not sticking my nose in a book, you can find me drinking tea like it's going out of style (Vivi's is bae), watching or doing some Big Nerd Energy stuff (anyone trying to form a DnD party?), or caring for my plants (aloe pups available upon request!). I'm really excited to be helping the new class of transfers this year, and I look forward to meeting you all!

Hi everyone! I'm a 3L here at YLS after transferring from The University of Chicago Law School. I'm also one of the 2021-2022 co-presidents and co-founders of QTS. At YLS, I've studied and done work on topics related to criminal law and procedure, the First Amendment, and gender equality. I'm excited to do what I can to help both current and future transfers, and I hope to meet you soon!
