Engaging Students

Join us for a workshop on how to engage students in class. We will cover the strategies and tools to help students connect to the class and stay motivated. Our focus is on creating community through inclusive practices, structuring class sessions to maximize engagement, and getting frequent feedback to understand what students are learning. This interactive workshop will give you a sense of what engagement feels like through modeling and reflecting on best practices. Note: 90-minute Workshop followed by 30 minutes devoted to Questions and Answers.
