Four Part Workshop Series: Are you interested in learning teaching strategies that consider diverse backgrounds, prior experience and preferences of students? Do you want to know how to create an equitable and transparent environment? And how "the hidden curriculum" influences students' learning and participation? This four-part series will include information on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), strategies for creating a respectful and supportive classroom environment, and tools for equitable and transparent assessment. The workshop will help you think more comprehensively about what inclusivity means, and to develop and incorporate inclusive teaching in your classroom. For more information, contact sara.misgen@yale.edu or jeffrey.fisk@yale.edu. Workshops take place on 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, and 10/1. Register for the series via the 9/10 event.
