Introverted personalities can pose interesting challenges in the classroom; teaching as an introvert may be as difficult as encouraging introverted students to contribute their best to classroom discussions. In the Quiet Teaching workshop, we will explore the introversion-extroversion spectrum and discuss how it plays out in the classroom. We will also discuss key findings from research on personality types that we can apply to our courses to improve our teaching and the learning of all students.
