Join Ricky from YC3 through a guided seated yoga exercise, that can help relieve physical and emotional tension, stretch and lengthen the spine, and promote a healthy body and mind.

For greater comfort, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing to allow for greater ease with the seated motions.

An ASL interpreter will be present. The activity will last about 30 minutes and tea will be provided afterwards!
