CAANH Stroke Awareness Event

Stamp Out Stroke is partnering with CAANH (Community Action Agency of New Haven) to organize a Knowledge and Wellness Brain and Heart Event. We would love to invite you all to participate as volunteers and/or community members. Keep an eye out for an email closer to the event for sign-ups. We will be tabling with SOS materials and assisting the flow of event in alternative ways. There will also be other organizations present to educate on cardiovascular health. CAANH is hosting the event in their backyard, so please refer to the location information for address and details on how to get there.
