The Well is located on the lower level of Yale Schwarzman Center, 168 Grove Street, New Haven, CT 06511.

Free and open to the public ages 21 and up. Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments.

Although registration is not required, sign up for special offers to be announced.

Summer @ The Well is back, offering a refreshing social experience at a 21+ pub in the lower level of Yale Schwarzman Center. Each month of summer, The Well becomes the spot to gather with friends and colleagues set to live performances. For August we've teamed up with innovative musician/neuroscientist, Yale assistant professor AZA Allsop's trio. Join AZA AllSop, Abdul-Rahim Sands,and Zwelakhe-Duma Bell Le Pere for a neofusion trio blending jazz, hip-hop, R&B, afro-soul, and global rhythms.

In this performance, Dr. AZA Allsop and his trio will explore the role music has played in collective liberation and healing movements. Participants will be immersed in a healing listening experience full of interactive moments where they are welcome to use their voices and percussion instruments for creativity and communal healing through sound.
