Fellows' Tips of the Week

Connor & Jen and Taryn & Johnny's Spouse and Family Tip of the Week -
While fall has fully arrived, it's not too late to get a last little bit of parks recreation for free! Many state parks and city beaches are less crowded and also stop charging admission this time of year, so it's a great time to explore while the weather is still quite lovely for sand castle building or taking a hike. Get Outside!

Caitlin and Cecilia's Public Service Tip of the Week -
Participate in the electoral process by volunteering as a poll worker for the election!

Emily and Sarwar's Sports and Rec Tip of the Week -
Looking for running partners? Contact GSAS student Rebecca Greenberg (r.greenberg@yale.edu) if you're interested in running with fellow grad students. She has organized regular runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings!

Jing and Saiti's International Tip of the Week -
Are you concerned about the DHS Proposal to shorten F-1 and J-1 visa length of stay for international students? To find out what this may mean for you, attend the OISS town hall and ask your questions!

Jo McDougal's Hacking Racism & Healthcare Tip of the Week -
MIT students are organizing a hackathon event on 10/16 dedicated to hacking racism ingrained in the healthcare system - all Yale students are invited to participate.
