Mission
The Yale Work+Life Office is an integral part of the University’s efforts to help faculty and staff manage the multiple responsibilities associated with their work and other aspects of their lives. Our office provides services that support employees with navigating work + life integration and maintaining work + life harmony. We support family-friendly policies, leaves, and benefits, and support work + life management. Our programming promotes the importance of a workplace culture where everyone can thrive professionally and personally.
