Access to your Yale email will end on June 1, 2026, and your NetID will be locked at this date too. Before this date, save any emails or attachments you wish to archive before you lose access (migrate or download onto a hard drive.)

Below are some other deadline dates to be aware of in regards to access privileges of technology at Yale:
[June 2025] Software Library access removed.
[October 2025] Box access, Adobe Creative Cloud Software, VPN access, student access to online library resources removed.
[June 2026] Yale Connect access removed.

Yale Health coverage ends on July 31, 2025.
The Yale Health Member Services Department is available to assist with questions about how to transition your health insurance to another provider. They can be reached at member.services@yale.edu or 203-432-0246. Please contact Yale Health or the coverage providers directly to explore your options.
Building access with your Yale ID card ends on August 31, 2025.
Make sure you remove all personal belongings from the YDS campus by this time, including lockers.
After graduation, you can still have access to Yale Libraries.
