Keeping the YSE community safe is everyone's job. Health-related emergencies can happen anywhere at any time, so communities need to have people trained in CPR who are ready and able to respond. Join us on November 14th from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for a free CPR certification training hosted by the Office of the Dean. CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) can help save a life if a person's breathing or heart stops. It's not just for healthcare workers and emergency responders. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will practice skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. Registration is required, and attendance is limited due to the strict instructor-student ratio. Once you register, unless your space can be filled from the wait list, your attendance is mandatory (this is due to the high cost per student). Pizza will be served!
