Denim Day

Denim Day asks folks to wear denim on April 24th as a visible protest against victim blaming. The “jeans alibi” emerged from the 1992 Italian Supreme Court case which overturned a sexual assault prosecution because the plaintiff was wearing “tight jeans.”

The Title IX Coordinator’s Office will be tabling to promote Yale resources and local organizations. Catering from Koffee.

Remember, wear denim on April 24th!
